Warhawks Add Another

The ULM Warhawks have added a late signee to the class of 2012. Get inside for the breaking news.

Grace Prep Academy athlete Jahrann Franks notified Warhawk Nation.com that he has signed his letter of intent to play for the ULM Warhawks.

Originally from Stone Mountain high school in Georgia, Franks was being recruited by Coach Tony Gilbert but first had some work to do in the classroom.

"ULM stayed in contact with me but my grades where just a little too low", said Franks. I kept on studying and retaking my test until I got them where they needed to be".

"I called Coach Tony and told him where I was and ULM offered me a scholarship". "I signed on Wednesday".

Jahraan is 5'11 175 pounds and signed with ULM as a corner back. The Warhawks are deep at that position in this class so slot receiver could be an option as well.

Franks picked off 6 passes from his CB position as a senior. He is going to study physical therapy at ULM and is visiting next week on his spring break.
