Keating Helms: "I Will Sign With ULM"

Hear what Gulf Coast lineman and newest Warhawk commitment Keating Helms had to say after his official visit to the campus of ULM.

After giving his verbal commitment to the ULM Warhawks a couple of weeks ago, Keating Helms decided to reafirm his commitment by taking his official visit to the campus of Louisiana-Monroe this past weekend.

"My dad and I drove over this past Friday and spent the night so we could wake up early Saturday and take the full tour and drive around the city of Monroe. We met with Coach Wells, Coach Farmer and Coach Weatherbie that next day and kind of just talked about my commitment to ULM".

"Coach Farmer introduced to me Adam Hill who was ULM's center for the last four years. He showed me around campus and introduced me to some more of the offensive lineman".

"I also talked with one of ULM's academic advisers who answered some questions for me. I think I am going to major in Buisness Managment when I enroll. From there I just took a full campus tour and checked out the whole nine yards. Everything was first class, I loved it. Really I like everything about ULM, the campus, the people, the coaching staff, it just is the right place for me".

It was nice to talk to Coach Weatherbie, he was very complimental. He said I was put together well and that he liked my size. He kind of just reasured my dad that I would be in good hands with ULM.

"I will definitly be signing with ULM on signing day, I am looking forward to it", said Helms. Recommended Stories
